International conference COMPAVHT Project funded by the ILO

On November 2 2021, France authorised the ratification of ILO Convention No. 190 on violence and harassment at work. According to Article 55 of the Constitution, an international treaty becomes part of the domestic legal order following its ratification, so the terms of the Convention will apply within the French system. The Convention covers a very broad field, which is an opportunity to review the scope of the law on violence and harassment at work, which the social partners must take up.

The aim of the research is by studying the French, Belgian and Quebec French-speaking systems, to determine how the social partners are dealing with the issue in order to determine what the best practices are.
